I have done so many diet programs. This one is the first to dig deep into the why’s I do what I do...and provides me the tools and techniques to handle them.
The coaching is first rate and the research is verifiable. I am really happy with my results even though I am currently not losing at any spectacular rate. I am losing weight steadily and carefully.
The diet is not exclusionary but teaches balance. I eat pretty much what I want but in better balance. I have increased the number of salads I eat each week, but that is the biggest change beyond portion control and balance. Understanding how foods work together was eye-opening for me. The role of movement, not necessarily exercise, but just more movement in metabolism was newsworthy.
This is a game-changing program.
