    Noom Diet

    Finally found what works

    Overall Experience:

    In the past 10 years, I’ve tried everything low fat, low carb, points. But every one of these was too hard to maintain. I felt like I was punishing myself just to lose some weight. Which of course isn’t going to work long term. I was done with that, I needed something that would turn things around for good this time. I never thought that an app named Noom would have all the answers I needed to change my habits, make better choices and finally explain WHY I couldn’t lose weight!

    It’s been 5 weeks now and with the support of my Nnoom coaches, I’ve lost 8 lbs! I’ve learned so many things to keep me on track, this is completely different than anything that’s out there because they are using and teaching you about body science (how your body works) and psychology (how the human mind is affected by habits and behavior). I don’t crave pizza or chocolate anymore! But not that I can’t have, because if I want it, I can eat it, but the crazy cravings aren’t there anymore.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
