    Noom Diet

    Good program if you stick with it

    Overall Experience:

    The daily information and check in is really helpful. The psychology is informative and encouraging. I believe this program will work for anyone if you stick with it for the long term. I am not a fan of the group. It seems a bit much for me. With that said, it depends on the person. The food database does not have many of the foods that I eat, and it is not that easy to manually enter the items. For that reason, I use MyFitnessPal which has a much more extensive food database, but this does not show the green, yellow and red foods. I do like the fact that I can do the program and skip the group portion but still get the full benefit, and the coach is very helpful. I also like the fact that this program focuses on long term lifestyle changes and not just quick weight loss. That and the coach is the best part of the program. I would recommend this to a friend since I do believe this program will work and is worth the effort overall.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
