I am a seasoned Weight Watchers veteran who has played the roller coaster up and down for too many years to count. I know what I need to do to lose the weight but keeping it off a lifetime struggle.
Noom’s approach adding the psychology behind eating well seems to be the ticket. At least I am learning my triggers, the why I eat what I eat when I eat it. Noom doesn’t take away the fun stuff, just teaches one to build it into the day’s calories.
I really believe I’ll be able to keep it off this time based on what I am learning and the fact Noom uses calories as the base rather than points. One doesn’t see WW points on a menu often.
Noom also encourages movement, which is also good.
I have already recommended Noom to others, and my personal trainer daughter has as well. She found Noom to be a great weight loss system.
