I didn't know what to expect when signing up for Noom, and I was also a little reluctant, afraid of what it was going to ask me to do. However, my first impression was fantastic, especially when it essentially said "we're not going to do anything today, we'll start tomorrow." I think at that moment I knew this was something different.
The psychology-based learning is absolutely key, in addition to learning so much about food, how our bodies work, what "plateaus" really are and the busting of so many myths that have been driven into our heads for decades. I have lost about 10 lbs now in just over a month. I honestly didn't think it was possible. I thought I was being healthy and eating well before using Noom and figured it would be a bit hopeless. I was so, so wrong.
I am so happy with the results and my motivation has only grown since I started using Noom. I would highly, highly recommend trying Noom, especially with the 2-week free trial. They have something going here, something really different, and I think it's going to impact a lot of people.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
