I’ve found the app itself very engaging, positive, and blissfully free of the usual "diet" rhetoric that other programs have. It genuinely seems to be based on science and body positivity, which is awesome.
I actually look forward to logging in and doing quizzes, setting goals, reading entertaining information...and as a result, the weight is creeping OFF me without me feeling deprived or bad about myself. Yay!
Two niggles:
1. My step device won’t sync with the app and no-one can seem to get to the bottom of why... this makes tallying my exercise clunky.
2. In the group situation, I find being in a different time zone to the facilitator and most of the group means that I am up to certain activities half a day before everyone else...meaning that I have no-one to actually discuss it with! As much as it’s interesting being in a group with people from the opposite end of the Earth, being in a group where everyone is roughly doing the same things at the same time would mean I could contribute better...
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
