I have completed my first month with Noom. I am very pleased with the articles, coaches, step counting, and especially the results. I am moving so much more and have tons of energy. In the first month, I lost 18 pounds. I love planning my meals and having Noom count the calories for me. I also get a big kick out of all the quirky humor incorporated into Noom. That totally works for me. Suits my personality. I have been able to share some of what I'm learning with my friends (a group of 10), and as a group, we lost over 80 pounds in January. Thanks Noom!
