    It’s good for beginners but not beyond

    Overall Experience:

    The app is good for accountability, but for someone who already knows a lot about food, I don’t need to see my food categorized in colors (beach body style).

    For me, I need my protein, sugar, and calories presented to me.

    I also struggle with the amount of time it takes me to log food, so I quit doing it and went back to MFP.

    I also don’t understand eating half calories back instead of all when a workout is part of your calorie deficient already. This is the first app that has ever had me do that. As someone who does CrossFit and high-intensity workouts, I found myself much hungrier this the calorie count allowed for.

    On the plus side, I love the article and the coach.

    I did not care for a group of 50 members. The biggest groups are overwhelming and the daily posts are so high that I just stopped reading.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
