I've been consistent with Noom for about 6 weeks now. I decided to try this program when I saw I could do a 14-day trial for only $1. I figured I wouldn't be losing much...like other people, I wanted to develop a healthy lifestyle and lose weight for my New Year's resolution.
Within the trial period, I lost 4lbs...I paid for the membership because I saw that it actually worked for me. My overall mentality of food and choices were changed. I'm not a fan of calorie counting, but Noom helped me by showing me what foods are "green" vs. "yellow" or "red."
My overall snacking style has changed significantly...my biggest problem was eating out of boredom. Noom helped me recognize that and get it under control.
Overall I'm glad I tried it out. If anyone is on the edge of trying it, at least try the trial. I'm not sure I'll continue my membership, but I'm glad I have an understanding of what I need to work on. My biggest complaint is the wordy articles/teachings you have to read...However, some of the teachings are very informative. But most of the time I don't have time to sit and read all the objectives for the day - this would be the only thing that I would change.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
