    Noom Diet

    Good psych lessons

    Overall Experience:

    The daily lessons and homework are very helpful. Even if you know all of the information, hearing it again, perhaps in a different way, is invaluable. This is the key reason why I recently rejoined Noom.

    I do appreciate the lack of labeling food as good or bad. The green, yellow, red food system is helpful; what I don't understand is how a processed food, e.g. highly processed sugar-free yogurt, receives a green while a nonfat yogurt with minimal processing and sugar receives a yellow. Yes, I know the hazards of sugar, but isn't a food full of unpronounceable chemicals just as potentially hazardous?

    Overall, I like Noom. I like the focus on the psychology of change and how to do it long term. I would like to see Noom offer a six or eight-month option, since lifelong habits take more than four months to develop.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
