I started Noom six weeks ago. I have been impressed with the daily readings and find them informative and funny. They are able to give scientific information in an interesting format that keeps my interest. The "coaches" are both individual and group and provide good feedback and support. Reading issues from the group members keeps everybody aware of how other people have the needs as they struggle to be healthier. I am losing body weight, toning and most importantly, learning life long lessons to stay healthy. I highly recommend this program.
