Like many, I have tried numerous diets throughout the years. Sometimes the results are decent, however, nothing ever lasts very long and before you know it, the weight creeps back up. I decided to give Noom a try as I am tired of being overweight, tired, achy and struggling with blood pressure problems. So far, Noom feels different. They expect you to have struggles, to fall off the wagon, to have victories and defeats. The psychological aspect has been positive so far by allowing me to look at why I might turn to food and to find new ways to cope. While I haven't lost a ton of weight so far, I do find myself eating healthier, making wiser choices and I physically feel less pain each day. I am still moving forward with those occasional lapses, but I am hoping that by the end of it, I may be able to keep the majority of the weight off.
