    Overall Experience:

    I started Noom as a challenge to myself. You run a daily log of foods you eat, steps you take each day, and take quizzes on daily reading. You have to weigh at the same time each morning and log it in. So far I'm losing on a steady basis. I will be continuing to the next step.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
