I love the daily thoughts, quizzes, and tips! The way the "steps" of dieting (life changing) are broken down into manageable portions, make the changes less intimidating.
I do find the group dialogues to be confusing. Need a better way to streamline the ideas and responses. I also find SO MANY food items that are not in the file and often you don’t have any idea what the "serving" size is or you don’t have the necessary units to accurately record your food, i.e. 1/8 tsp. All in all, this is a great program that is really working for me!
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
