I love the psychological yet personal approach to a sustainable healthy lifestyle. I’m learning so much which amazes me! I’m eating healthier food due to the color system. I’m finding myself wanting these foods after only a month using Noom. I like that I am still able to eat treats that I enjoy. The coaches are great. I’m still trying to get used to the group. Overall Noom is changing my perspective on food and how I feel about myself. I’m struggling a bit due to some health issues but still find I can take better care of myself even when not feeling great. This plan is different than any I have tried because it is getting into my head! I love it!
