    FixMeStick

    GREAT SERVICE!

    Overall Experience:

    I recently moved (November 1, 2018) after I sold my half of my townhouse to my sister. Unfortunately, I had some unwanted help in packing. When I began to unpack at my new place, putting my comp, stereo, and TV together, both remotes for my DVD Players, my TV, and stereo were missing from my electronics boxes along with my FixMeStick. The reason I waited so long before contacting FixMeStick was the forlorn hope they would turn up eventually. (That, and I had surgery in December and was in the hospital for 22 days.)

    Now, I am not a geek. I can surf the net, send emails and go on eBay and Amazon and buy some things, but without FixMeStick or another good program, like it, my computer is filling up with unwanted junk. Having given up on finding any of them, I phoned FixMeStick and begged for help. The call was accepted by Jessica Szarek, and in a most pleasant voice, she quickly reassured me that things would get better fast and that they would mail me a new FixMeStick promptly, and that I would get it in the next five business days. GREAT SERVICE! Five stars out of five.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
