I joined Noom on a whim and to be honest I have not really lost any weight, my fault not theirs. I have been happy to learn a new way of eating and not put any more weight on. I am now eating in a much healthier way and I am armed with a truckload of tools and tricks to keep my weight stable and my blood sugars are stable for the first time in ages. I feel that each week I learn more and more and feel in control, but I also understand that I will have slips and I am coping with them. Great program, wish I had found it years ago.
