I was skeptical about this app at first, but I have found that the daily "lessons" have helped me take a closer look at my habits - good and bad. The info is not only relayed in a fun, interesting manner but is informative. Having to log in my meals and weighing in daily have made me more aware of my eating habits and have helped me understand a little better ways to stay the course! The coach and group support is very motivating and helps keep me accountable.
