In November of 2018, my doctor gave me the results of my blood work. All good except my bad cholesterol was high. I was not happy. I’ve always kept myself in pretty good shape. But over the last five or six years, life kind of got in the way of that and I now found myself 50 pounds heavier than the weight I’d always managed to maintain. I tried to lose it by myself up until December, but I was yo-yoing.
I saw the ad on Facebook and long story short decided to give Noom a try. Best investment in myself I’ve ever made. I’m down 17 pounds since November of 2018. I can climb a set of steps without getting winded. Slowly building my cardio back up. And I’m able to do the one thing I’ve always loved to do - dance like no one is watching. Noom is teaching me how to redefine my relationship with food and the people around me. It’s reconnecting me with a past I’d thought was no longer available to me. I can’t thank the Nerds at Noom enough.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
