I have lost 7 pounds in 33 days. I have not felt hunger or anxious to eat at any time. There is a wonderful support system with your own personal coach and a group of others that are in your similar situation of wanting to change your outlook on food and how to approach it to your benefit and not your enemy. I still eat whatever I want, but, measure the portions and count calories. I do not feel guilty if I go over my count or if I decide to eat Oreo cookies. This program has taught me that there will be valleys and peaks and food is not the enemy. I do not find it hard to weigh myself every morning nor to log my food choices to the program. I highly recommend this program to help you change your mind drastically on how you look at food!
