I have been on the program and have lost almost 10 pounds in a little less than six weeks. That said, I am finding the impacts of the app and guided articles and cognitive training to have placed me on a much healthier track. Dieting is hard, but life change can be harder, what I didn't realize was how but it is needed. Especially in our society where immediate gratification is the norm and you can find most foods boxed and easy to prepare or unhealthy and quick food choices on every street corner.
