    Noom Diet

    Noom works for me

    Overall Experience:

    I was attracted by the advertisement saying just 10 minutes a day.

    It takes me around 15 - 20 minutes to go through the app each morning and would take more of my time if I logged meals.

    The psychological hacks have so far helped me to lose around 9 pounds in 4 weeks. The habits learned appear to stick as I do the app each morning.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
