I've been using Noom for just over a month, I've lost 15lbs! It's easy and incredibly helpful. There are a lot of psych tips to help manage cravings. I love the area of the app where you log your food. If I'm not certain if I can have something without busting my calorie budget, I'll log it before making it to see where I'll land and modify accordingly.
