Hi, I wanted to tell you that I am down 12+ pounds since Christmas. Amazing actually. The biggest thing I have learned is to watch the calories on everything. I used to be a big carb snarfer but what I didn't know was those carbs had a ton of calories and would be in the red zone.
I have lost weight in the past but I can't remember how I really did it other than exercising all the time. Now I know I can pick food that is low in calories but has a lot more of it!
I still have cravings for pizza and pasta but when I do partake I do so with a greater awarenessm have small portions and savor every bite.
Noom has and continues to work for me as it is not a diet but an education and motivational method for eating right. And it's humorous and actually fun. I feel good about myself when I stick with it and log my meals and exercise. And it keeps me accountable.
