Noom in my estimation is a good program which does a very good job in helping to establish healthy attitudes toward losing and maintaining weight without prescribed meals or eating routines. Each participant has an individual coach, and, for those who thrive on group feedback and participation, a group is available for their use.
I have found two issues with the app:
1) The pedometer does not consistently record the number of steps. There have been a number of times where step counts were not added, one notable time being after ten minutes on the treadmill with no steps counted.
2) Calories attributed to a product which has a bar code do not necessarily correspond to the value as stated on the product nutritional label.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
