When I first started Noom I was skeptical. But having used the plan for over a month I am pleasantly surprised to find it so helpful, easy to use, informative and success building. I have lost 16 pounds in my first month of use and I am feeling healthier and have increased my exercise levels whilst learning to eat a healthy balanced diet and create habits that will maintain the weight loss and healthy eating for life. This is not a faddy diet, it's a lifestyle.
