I've done every weight loss program in existence, none with long-lasting results. What makes Noom different is that the focus is not primarily about restricting food intake but rather fixing my head space around my relationship with food, with myself, the psychology and physiology that goes into the choices that we make, and in a way that's educational and entertaining.
