I like the program, but I don't love it. You have all this science but I don't really see any meal plans. Unless you buy that, which I did, but I can't find that in the app, I have to go somewhere else. I'm not sure how convenient it is. Although my coach is always on hand - I like my coach a lot, she is on top of it and follows me quite closely. You need to have a lot more recipes than you do. It would be nice to have a list of food and how much of these foods you would want to eat in a weeks time. You do not have that, so it leaves you feeling like you may not be doing things correctly. I get the green, yellow, and red food. But really how much am I allowed to have - not a diagram of the percent. Like anything new, it requires a constant follow up.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
