I love everything about the app. The food logging section is so easy to use - you can log by measurements, individual pieces of food, or handfuls of food. I like that I can hook my Garmin watch to the app. The daily information sometimes gets on my nerves, but very rarely. It keeps talking about trigger foods - sweets. My triggers are crunch and salt. The overall talk about triggers is great though. Much better than going to a WW meeting.
