I have been very pleased with the Noom app and putting me on a new path with understanding food and learning how to eat with satiety. I feel good about having a coach and a group of others inspired by the same motivation and willing support and push each other to be accountable to our goals, but to also know that it’s ok when you take a few steps back, you simply get back on track. I really feel this is the new way of getting healthy and maintaining it! I’m five weeks into the program, and I’ve lost 12 pounds - feel lighter and my clothes show it!
