I have been using Noom for six weeks and am seeing the needed behavior change to be healthier. It is not just food logging and step counting, but the educational materials are written in a casual, fun way that makes me want to continue reading.
The goals coach is helpful; I have not found the group to be useful for me, but I'm not a social media kinda girl.
