I decided to give Noom a try in December 2018. I have been an active participant since. My goal coach, Christian, has helped me come up with attainable goals and a plan to get to that goal. My group coach, Janae, is also just as wonderful. She helps keep our group motivated and engaged, so we are there to support each other along the peaks and valleys.
Noom takes on an approach to "dieting" in a way I never thought would work. I thought you had to take pills, powders, lotions, and potions. Not even close. They are spectacular with their daily "assignments" and keep you moving even when you hit that dread plateau. I am truly loving this journey. I am learning how to eat better, smart, smaller - nothing is taboo (it's all about moderation). I have been on the program for almost 6 weeks and I have lost 18lbs. I can't be happier with my results, and with Noom I know this weight loss is for good!
