I am enjoying the support of my personal coach and also a group of ladies just like me who are trying their best to lose weight...just like me. It's so much more than dieting, it's a daily psychology lesson in why we do the things we do, including overindulge. It's also a lot of information about our bodies as well. It's daily motivation to be active, drink water, and love ourselves. I couldn't have asked for anything better.
