I joined Noom this year with not only a weight loss goal, but for a lifelong lifestyle change. Six weeks in and I have learned so many things that I've easily incorporated already. I love the group sharing, the accountability factor with my coaches, and the entire psychology factor of it (including the corny jokes). I have lost about 1/4 of my goal, but have learned not to live like a yo-yo, how to plan, how to see food differently, how to exercise and even how to treat myself. This is the lifestyle change training that I was looking for.
