I'm really loving the program. I'm not as fast as many at dropping the weight, but the scale has seen a steady downward trend, which I'm enjoying! I've been making better choices, and don't feel like I've been shorted in any way food-wise.
One recommendation for new Noomers - get a journal or a notebook, and take notes throughout! I'm actually going back day by day to re-read the articles.
