Noom is much more interactive and personal than other food tracking apps. Their goal specialists are kind and supportive. They do rely a lot on your group and often ask you to take things to your group, so depending on your group that could be good or not so good.
There is no nutrition tracking - only red, yellow or green foods. This is helpful to learn what kinds of foods to eat more of, but I really wish there was more nutritional information than calories.
If you struggle with addictive behavior with food, this may not be as helpful as you'd like, but it's a good place to start.
Canceling your order is going to require you to jump through some hoops. Customer service says to go through your goal specialist. Your goal specialist will direct you right back to customer service where you have to enter an(other) email request to cancel. Then they will cancel.
Overall, it's very informative and you'll learn a lot. The curriculum is good and full of information.
