I have to say that I was very skeptic about this program but I decided to try it anyway and I never regret it my decision. Noom is amazing for someone like me, it boosted my confidence, made me feel more energized and finally made me move from the couch. I get bored when I sit too much in front of the TV, I feel like I need to move around all the time now. I started exercising on my terms and I am loving the results. I went from size L to size M. I sleep better and sometimes I sleep less than 5 hours and feel like an energized bunny. I started cooking more and eating more mindfully. I keep my calorie intake and do all of the tasks that Noom tells me so. I talk about Noom at work and with my friends who are also signing in with you guys because they see results on me. I never thought that I will be still able to eat sweets and eating them 1/4. I didn't know that I have willpower and I will not slack on the tasks or get discouraged because of my weight not going down. I now understand that keeping off weight is not only that but feeling better about myself and sexier and more energetic, that's what is more important. I can't believe that I am eating more veggies and actually enjoying them, and fish, which I used to hate and now I am loving it. Plus portioning my meals is great, which I thought I would never be able to do. So to summarize, thank you Noom for creating this program for me!
