Although they initially refused, to their credit when I filed a second complaint, they did refund the $129 I had been charged.

I didn't find anything interesting or compelling about the content; it was no different than other online products or apps that are much cheaper or free, and I decided to cancel well within the 14-day period. I emailed a reply to the initial welcome email they had sent me, indicating that I wanted to cancel the subscription. Noom is now claiming that I failed to cancel, and will not refund me $129 that I literally threw away when I signed up for this app.
