I purchased on January 10, 2019, and it is now February 4, 2019 and I have yet to receive my order. My credit card has been billed almost $500.00, yet no product. False info on United Naturals website, stating warehouse in Montreal, yet it does not exist.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Nelson, I am sorry you are experiencing a delay with your order. As you know, when we ship from the United States to Canada we cannot control the amount of time that Customs holds the package for review. Sometimes they are released the same day and sometimes they take much longer.
Our website provides a Canadian address because we have a Corporate office there, not a shipping facility. Nothing on the website indicates that we would be shipping from Canada. I am sorry for any confusion.
