    Noom Diet

    Great program

    Overall Experience:

    Noom is a great program. You not only track how much and what you eat, you learn! You learn tricks and tips to succeed. You learn to think positively about your relationship with food. You have Noom coaches to encourage you on your journey. The first time I did the program I lost 10% of my body's weight. I stopped the program, and after six months the weight was coming back on, so I am doing it again and am back down to the weight I had lost before and am still going downwards to a healthier size. I've learned this isn't a quick fix diet but a lifestyle change.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
