I am in my fourth week with Noom. I have found the plan helpful, lots of great information every day. Really has opened my eyes to what I've done wrong in my diet for many years. I always thought diet foods were a good thing, not thinking about preservatives, sodium, etc. I have learned to shop, spending more time in produce and fresh foods. So far, in four weeks, I have lost over 15 lbs. I appreciate the slow, steady weight loss. I am gaining confidence that this is not a temporary fix. I am changing my habits, thoughts, actions.
