I researched Noom one evening after seeing a TV commercial and decided to give it a try. I entered my information and immediately had second thoughts. I exited the website without clicking "confirm" or "enter." I never went back to the site.
A few days later there was a debit from my account for $137.17. I contacted the company by e-mail. They responded the next day asking for more information. I replied. The next day they needed more information. I replied. The next day their customer service rep responded that they found the transaction, and a refund had been made. Two days later the money had been re-deposited in my account.
