When I received the FixMeStick I did exactly what it said on the packet, but unfortunately, it would not work on my Windows 10 PC. I rang the helpline and got through to a very pleasant agent who talked me through the procedure. I must admit it took 3 attempts for it to work, but it did state that this can happen, anyway we finally got there, in all fairness it took around 30/45 minutes to work, but we got there in the end. My agent, Alexandra, was so patient talking me through this, I cannot thank her enough. So if you have any problems, do not hesitate getting in touch with Support, which is free-phone.
