    Noom Diet

    Very happy

    Overall Experience:

    I was a bit skeptical about starting the program at first, but decided to do the trial. I LOVE that Noom uses psychology and very logical theories to help you understand how your body processes food, and that has been tremendously helpful in helping me change habits. You are also offered tons of support, which I really love because if I'm having a rough day, I can reach out to my Coach or my Group and get some support there. I highly recommend the program and can't wait to continue my journey with the program.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
