    Noom Diet

    No more sabotaging myself

    Overall Experience:

    Noom really does help you to think differently and change your habits. I used to sabotage myself, one slip up and my diet was over. Not with Noom. They teach you to watch out for the "all or nothing" way of thinking. For the first time I am not looking at a diet as a means to get to my goal weight so I can eat "normal' again. This is my new "normal." Nothing is off limits. They teach you it is ok to have that "special treat," if you plan for it (and they encourage you to plan to have it, daily, weekly, or monthly depending on what it is).

    What I also like is that this is a plan you can stay with for life...you are not forced to stay a member in order to follow their plan. Like WW, where unless you memorize the points of everything, you would have to stay a member to have access to their calculator. You can extend your membership with Noom if you want to continue the support and help they give you throughout the process, but if you choose to go out on your own after the 6-month program, you can still easily keep up with your new way of eating.

    I highly recommend this program to everyone. I have lost 12 pounds in my first month. I feel great, have more energy, sleep better and most important of all, I am happy!

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
