    Noom Diet

    Great motivating program

    Overall Experience:

    I am five weeks into the program. I have lost 12 pounds because I am learning how portion control works, and which foods are better to snack on when hungry. The green, yellow, and red food lists help me decide better choices. I am not perfect on my eating plan, but I can see progress and will continue the program. I like to watch my weight go down on the daily graph, and see where my next goal weight is. It is like a competitive game I am playing with myself.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
