    Works for me

    Overall Experience:

    This app has helped me lose over 10 pounds so far. It also helped me hone my food knowledge, eating habits and gave me good psychological tricks to help me on my way to better habits. I like the information provided and the style of it (casual/fun). There is so much information provided - sometimes I feed a bit overwhelmed with all the information. 1 or 2 fewer tasks every day might be a good improvement - especially when starting out.

    The other item that could be improved is the food log. Sometimes I find the same item with two records one indicated as a yellow food and one indicated as a red food. I am not strong enough to choose the red food item yet. I also found a Taco Bell breakfast burrito listed as a green food, which I doubt. Being part of a group helps to share victories and hurdles and inspires. The personal coach is not as helpful for me, as I keep getting asked what my goals are for that week - as if my goals would change every week, which they don't. Overall, I am happy with this app and feel it is a very good product.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
