Their system is rigged to not allow you to return damaged merchandise. It’s automated, and when you try to contact customer support it sends you back to the automated one. Also when you send them a message with your problem/request, they email you back with instructions to go to the automated system again!
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
