Noom takes a completely different approach to food and weight loss than what I've experienced before. No food is off limits, but through using psychology as a teaching tool, I am learning which foods are better for me and which ones I should go easy on. The APP is fantastic. Each day I spend about 15 minutes reading the articles, which can also be saved to look at later. Each day there is a new topic, based on psychology, that makes me understand how I need to think about food in a new way in order to lose weight permanently. My weight loss is about 500 gms a week, but with the support of an online goal specialist and a group coach, I have lost 3kgs in 6 weeks. Everyone is so positive and encouraging, and I feel like my mind is really changing my behavior for good.
