I am very happy with Noom. I have been following it since December 23, 2018. I have lost 17.5 pounds, and that time frame incorporated: Christmas, New Years, Super Bowl, a 10-day vacation, and a 10-day plateau! I feel like I am developing healthy habits and making good food choices. I have been religious about logging both my weight and my meals, I haven't missed logging a meal since day one. I would highly recommend this program for anyone who is READY to commit to it being different this time.
